Thank you for shopping with Kangaroo. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Egypt

• Cairo & Giza: 2 to 4 business days

• Other Governorates: 3 to 7 business days

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery time: 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Express Delivery

Same day delivery may be available for selected locations through our Express Shipping service. Availability and fees will be shown at checkout.

Local Pickup

Customers may choose Local Pickup during checkout when available.

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email with pickup instructions and location details.

Shipping Carrier

Orders within Egypt are shipped through trusted delivery partners including Mylerz and other approved carriers when necessary.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed. Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information may be charged to the customer.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery for reasons not related to product damage, incorrect items, or an error on our side, the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to the shipping carrier, Kangaroo will send a replacement order at no additional cost to the customer.

To process a claim, customers must contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of:

• The product received

• The shipping box and packaging

• Any visible damage

We reserve the right to review the provided evidence before approving a replacement.

Exchanges and Replacement Delivery Method

Any approved exchange or replacement order will be shipped using the same delivery method selected in the original order.

Examples:

• Orders collected through Local Pickup must be exchanged through Local Pickup.

• Orders delivered through Express Shipping will be replaced using Express Shipping.

Exceptions may be made in certain cases if an alternative delivery method is agreed upon between Kangaroo and the customer in advance.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
